I started my own home town real estate company five years ago, and I bring with me 17 years of real estate experience.

Most of my sales have been in Monterey and Pacific Grove. So hence the name, Mont Grove Realty.

I have lived through three personal remodels here on the Monterey Peninsula, and when I look at homes with buyers, I look at them as if I were buying for myself. Currently a Pacific Grove resident, Justin grew up in Santa Cruz with parents entrenched in Real Estate. After earning a degree at U.C.S.B., he joined “The Noren Team” at Thunderbird R.E. in Capitola. There he handled the sale of average residential homes, historic Victorian style properties, mobile homes, beach cottages, and vacant parcels of land.

Needing change, he looked into title & escrow at First American Title. He escalated from the Title Dept. into the escrow offices where he hoped to become an escrow officer before they closed shop. A temporary career at the front desk of a local veterinary hospital was enjoyable, but it was evident to Justin that he belongs in real estate.

As a returning agent, his enthusiasm and people skills will compliment his industry experience to benefit the clients of Mont Grove Realty.

Carrol Patterson - Sales Associate

Carrol started real estate in the 1960's and has worked consecutively in real estate since that time, primarily focusing on residential property and income property.

Having lived on the Monterey Peninsula since 1972 Carrol has seen many changes to the Monterey Peninsula during that time. She is very familiar with property values in the area. Carrol has traveled extensively but appreciates the Monterey Peninsula's beauty and charm and would not consider living anywhere else. The Monterey Peninsula is a very special place to live.
